STEP 1: YOUR PERSONALISED IB ORGANISER
We start by creating your customised IB organiser. From IA, EE, and TOK deadlines to coursework and exams, everything is mapped out in one place so you know exactly what’s ahead.
STEP 2: ACADEMIC INTRO SESSION WITH OUR FOUNDERS
You’ll meet with the IB45s Founders for a strategic onboarding session. Together, you’ll set clear IB goals, identify priority subjects, and get first insights into possible degree and university pathways.
STEP 3: BUILDING YOUR IB SUCCESS PLAN
With your Account Manager, we transform those goals into a concrete plan. Predicted grade targets, subject strategies, and check-in points are outlined to keep progress on track, reducing stress and keeping the IB manageable.
STEP 4: COACH MATCH & UNIVERSITY DIRECTION
You’re paired with someone who studied the same subject or course you’re aiming for at a top university. Your coach helps you narrow down degree options, understand competitiveness, and even introduces you to academic reading by professors at your target universities, giving you a head start for your university applications.
STEP 5: APPLICATIONS & PASSION PROJECTS
Alongside your coach, you’ll dive into every part of the application process: writing and
refining your Personal Statement, Common App, and/or essays; preparing for entrance
exams and interviews; and polishing your CV. Together, you can also design a Passion
Project that showcases initiative and depth, a powerful way to stand out in admissions.
STEP 6: CONTINUOUS SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
The journey doesn’t stop once the plans are set. With accountability check-ins from your Account Manager, structured coaching sessions, and 24/7 support, students stay motivated and confident all the way to final exams and university offers. Parents receive monthly progress updates.
